How to whiten your skin naturally

Having white skin is everyone’s dream, man and woman. They come to skin treatment center to make their skin whiter. Even many of them use chemical substances in their makeup products to get instant result. But, there are some bad effects they get: acnes, black spots, itchy rash etc. And the worst is skin cancer. Realizing this, most of women nowadays back to nature. They like using traditional and natural way for their skin care. They choose this because the risk of having skin problems is less than using chemical products which they don’t know the compositions. There, we give you some tips how to whiten your skin naturally. Having white and clean skin can increase your self-confidence. Many people believe that white and clean skin is related to healthy skin. Complexion skin care still becomes the center of attention for most of man and woman. To get the best result, you have to do some skin treatment regularly, well and correctly. The followings are the natural ways you can do for your skin care.

  1. Using tea, honey, and rice flour

Those three things have their own functions for your skin. Tea is very good for skin relaxation. Honey is also good as moisturizing. And rice flour is used as scrub to make your skin soft.

How to make them is very easy. First, make a cup of tea, let it cool. Then, prepare 2 tablespoons of rice flour and a half tablespoon of honey. Mix all ingredients. Stir well until no lumps of flour. Rub the mixture evenly on your face as a mask. Leave it for 20 minutes. Then wash your skin.

  1. Using papaya

Papaya is one of fruit which is very good for skin treatment. Instead of using chemical substances, papaya is more recommended because it come from nature and safer. Eat this fruit every morning. You do not need to eat big portion, a half of the big one. Consuming papaya everyday helps the process of skin detoxification. Besides, it is also good for digestive system. The result is your skin becomes white and clean.

  1. Using turmeric and tomato

Turmeric and tomato are believed to have high nutrition for skin health. Even women in past time eat the turmeric. Tomato is watery fruit which is good for skin. It’s very easy to make. First, prepare 1 cm turmeric, wash and grate it finely. Leave it dry for 5 minutes. Next, blend a quite big tomato without water. Then, mix them and stir well. Rub it evenly on your face as a mask. Leave it for 15 to 20 minutes. Finally, wash your face with warm water.

  1. Using lemon or orange peel skin

It is commonly used to repel mosquitoes. Besides, it also can be used to whiten and lighten your skin. First, grate lemon and orange peel skin finely. Let it exposed to the sunlight for two hours. Using microwave is not recommended. Mix the dried powder with pure liquid milk. Then, rub finely on your face. Leave it for 20 minutes. Wash your face with warm water. Dry your face with dry soft towel and apply toner onto your cleaned face.

  1. Using bengkoang fruit

Bengkong fruit is hereditary used as a mask for whitening your skin. It is proved that there are so many whitening products using this fruit as basic component. How to make mask from bengkoang is easy. Clean and peel bengkoang. Grate it. Then squeeze it in the bowl or other containers. Use the water and dispose the waste. Leave the water for 30 minutes. Then, there will be sediment at the bottom of the container. Waste the water at the upper side. Then use the sediment as a mask. Apply it onto your face and neck. Leave it until dry. After it dries, wash it with cool water. Dry it with soft towel. You can do the same treatment once in a week.
